    Description

This sale is for a collectible, 2011 dated, Blue Delft's house exclusively produced for KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) by BOLS of Amsterdam. These items are presented as gifts by the flight crew of KLM flights to passengers travelling in Business Class or Royal Class. These are great for collectors and there are 102 varieties numbered 1 through 102- one for each year KLM has been in operation. Each depicts a different historic house or building in The Netherlands. This version- #44, depicts a house in
Leiden, at 19 Hooglandse Kerkgracht (Street). Built in 1583, and rebuilt around 1620.
These are actually small bottles with a cork and seal, which depending on the flight's origin or destination, may contain Dutch Genever.  KLM began the practice in 1952 to get around legal restrictions of airlines giving gifts to passengers.
The condition is excellent, super-clean, with no chips or cracks. Although remaining sealed, the liquid has partially evaporated. It measures about 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide.
This item ships free USPS First Class mail.
