Excellent condition, structurally
Cosmetically, it has the normal scratches, rubs, and areas associated with household use.  As typical, the most wear is on the shelf above the tray drawers where there is one larger area of use.  One will not find a nicer armoire!
Shipment is not included.
Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up. Earthjunk is open by appointment only.
