Excellent condition, structurally
Cosmetically, it has the normal scratches, rubs, and areas associated with household use.  As typical, the most wear is on the shelf above the tray drawers where there is an area of discoloration as pictured.  Overall, very nice armoire!
Shipment is not included.
Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up. Earthjunk offers a generous time allowance for buyer pickup. We also have extended daily hours for pickup 6AM to 10PM if we have 72 hours notice. Earthjunk is open by appointment only.
