There is no way to cancel an order once it ships.  Exchange requests for a different model, or no longer need/want requests are possible as long as the item is not opened.  We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items that are opened.  Exchanges or cancellations of orders will result in a shipping charge due to the high cost to ship this item.
We do not ship out of the Mainland 48 states.  Inquiries asking us to do so will be unanswered.
We will accept any PayPal payment with any PHYSICAL address you put into the "shipping" field on the payment.  We are unable to accept PO, APO, FPO addresses.  We are unable to change your shipping address after payment is made.  The payment you put in your PayPal payment does NOT have to be "confirmed" or "verified".  A valid daytime phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can contact you for delivery.
This item ships via Freight to protect it from damage. The average time is 7-21 business days but it can take up to 28 business days. We will send you delivery receiving instructions after checkout and again when the order ships.  The carrier will call you for a delivery appointment when it arrives at your area (When tracking shows "Received In Delivery Terminal".  You will have a FULL 48 hours to inspect, AND power on the TV after delivery.  If there is an issue that is reported within 48 hours, your TV is exchanged at no charge to you.  We are unable to change your delivery address after payment is made.  There are NO dock pickups allowed.
Within 2 business days of your item shipping, the tracking will become active on your eBay purchase history.
