I used this for 30 days and realized it wasn't the product I needed for my particular condition (meniscus tear in knee). I noticed some benefit early on from its use but I think it was only able to go so far before I needed additional and more intense forms of treatment. The reviews on their website are glowing.
The device itself is easy to use and and fully functional. The one thing missing is the pouch it came with which was actually too small to hold all the parts of the kit anyway and I never used it. To use it, you simply place the coils on and around the treatment area and turn it on. It uses a 9 volt battery (which is not included) put I actually plugged it into a portable USB battery which had much longer battery life, anyway.
Customer service was helpful with my requests and the company is reputable. Their return policy is a bit more than I want to go through (they have a restocking fee and shipping is expensive) which is why I'm selling it on Ebay.
Retail price is 5 plus approximately shipping!
