This item is a in Box MONTECRISTO Scissor Cigar Cutter, Large. It
can cut up to a 60 ring gauge cigar.  It is constructed with a thick and durable, premium metal body and will stand up for years against wear and tear, and continue working. It is listed as preowned because I am not the original owner, it was purchased at an estate sale.
