After careful inspection we consider the following:
Solid without wiggle
Top surface is very good with minor wear nothing notable
One side edge has 3 areas of damage (photos 4-6)
Sides are very good with only one scuff on one side which is found at a sharp angle (photos 8 & 9)
Frame is good with one nick (photo 11)
Doors open and close as should; some light wear along edges at near bottom (photo 12)
Shelves are clean with small markings as shown in photo 14
All drawers slide as should and are clean and level; small nick on one drawer (photo 15)
Legs are excellent
